Board of Directors
Keeping it Real Loving Caring Sharing in The Neighborhood Institute Inc. board of directors are members who jointly oversee the activities of our organization. The board’s activities are determined by the powers, duties, and responsibilities delegated to it or conferred on it by an authority outside itself such as the Ryan White Part B Program and CHDO program and these matters are detailed in the agency organization’s bylaws.
Keeping It Real Loving Caring Sharing in the Neighborhood Institute Inc. is recognized as a nonprofit public charity under section 501 c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
